Whenever you take lethal damage of any type, you convert the first [Tier] points you take after resistances and weaknesses are applied to nonlethal instead. You also have fast healing equal to [Tier] but it only removes nonlethal damage and only while your total nonlethal damage is equal to or greater than half your maximum hit points. This effect is suppressed while you are sickened, suffering from any fatigue effect (ex. suffocation, starvation, sleep deprivation, or thirst), or environmental effect (ex. extreme heat, cold, or pressure).
