Quicken Power

Benefit: A quickened spell must be 3rd level or lower. Casting a quickened spell consumes a swift action and prevents you from casting another quickened spell until the start of your next turn.
Quicken Power Only works on powers that target a single creature or object may be quickened. Area spells and multi-target spells cannot be affected by this feat.
FAST CAST (+2)
Each time this upgrade is applied, it accumulatively cuts the casting time of a power by 1 step if it is 1 minute or longer: 24 hours --> 8 hours --> 2 hours --> 30 minutes --> 10 minutes --> 3 minutes --> 1 minute --> 9 actions. If it's casting time is less than 1 minute, it instead reduces the casting time by 1 action, to a minimum of 2 actions.
