The target gets a subtle change in their appearance. Perhaps their eyes glow, their hair changes color, runic tattoos appear over their body, their hair flutters as if in a strong breeze, a translucent pulsating aura appears around them, etc. The specifics are up to you chosen at the time of activation. For the duration, the target gains a +(Tier) circumstance bonus to Intimidation and Performance rolls and a -(Tier) penalty to Stealth rolls.
If the target is also the user, they can activate this power as part of the same action to activate a Stance effect. They can designate certain appearances to certain Stance effects they have, automatically changing appearance to match the new stance.
Once per round the target can either attempt to Demoralize a foe or flex their powers to Impress an onlooker as a free action. As a 3-round activity, they can attempt to Demoralize all foes within 10 feet/Tier or Impress all onlookers within 10 feet/Tier.
