For the purposes of spells and magical class features such as cleric domains, sorcerer bloodlines, oracle mysteries, you treat any mental attribute score (Int, Wis, Cha), that you don't have a racial bonus to as +2 higher if it's the key casting attribute. If you do have an attribute bonus to the key casting attribute, you instead gain Spell Specialization as a bonus feat for all spells and spell-like abilities these class features provide.
