POISON USE

Benefits You are trained in the use of poison and do not risk accidentally poisoning yourself when applying poison to a weapon or otherwise handling poisons. You can also apply a dose of poison to a weapon as a swift action.
Normal Applying poison to a weapon or single piece of ammunition is a standard action. Whenever you apply or ready or otherwise use poison, you must make a Craft (Alchemy), Profession (Toxicology), or Sleight of Hand roll DC10 to avoid exposing yourself to the poison and must save against the poison as normal. This increases to DC15 for inhaled and contact poisons. If the poison's saving throw DC is above 20, add (half it's DC-10) to the DC to handle it. Whenever you attack with a poisoned weapon, if the attack roll results in a natural 1, you expose yourself to the poison. This poison is consumed when the weapon strikes a creature or is touched by the wielder. You suffer none of these risks if you have the Poison Use feat.
