PACT
Disciplines: Enchantment, Illusion
Types: Compulsion, Curse, Linguistic, Mental
Cast: 10 minutes (valuable objects worth up to 100 gp per target)
Range: touch
Target: self plus up to 1 willing non-mindless non-beast creature per caster level
Duration: permanent or until discharged (D*)
Resistance: none

You and your target willingly make an agreement that you are both held to. This functions as the Geas/Quest spell except that the duration and required courses of action are agreed upon by the caster and targets. The spell cannot take effect until all targets agree upon the pact's parameters and metrics. Creatures normally immune to enchantments, compulsions, curses, or mind-affecting effects can still be affected by this effect, as if it were a mythic ability that ignored immunities. Only unwilling creatures, mindless creatures, and creatures unable to understand the language used to make the agreement are immune and cannot be targeted. The caster automatically knows who is an applicable target and who isn't as part of the casting.

*As the effect requires all targets be willing, there is no saving throw to resist. However, all targets can also come to a new agreement and dismiss the effect, but only if all involved in the pact agree.

Any attempt use remove curse, limited wish, wish, or similar magical effects to end the spell require the caster to be at least two caster levels higher than your caster level. Any such attempt also requires the caster of the effect to make a Will save against this effect.
Critical Success: As a success, but they break the curse without suffering it themselves.
Success: The original target is freed from the curse but the caster now suffers it in their stead.
Failure: The caster is cursed to help fulfill the agreement of the original pact as if they'd been among the original targets with the caster deciding which parts of the original agreement they must fulfill.
Critical Failure: As a failure except the caster also suffers backlash equal to 2d12 malignant force damage and malignant mana damage per spell rank.
