You fill the area with an obscuring mist that provides minor concealment.
Concealing Spell (+1) The concealment improves to major concealment. Applying this a second time improves it to total concealment.
Sneaky Spell (+1) You can attempt a Dexterity (Stealth) roll to hide within any concealment or cover provided by the spell or a Charisma (Deception) roll to immediately don a new identity with any disguise or illusion provided by the spell. A success means the onlookers don't notice that you casted the spell and either don't notice where you went (if hiding) or don't notice that you switched identities (if disguised) believing the previous person just vanished in the crowd or left.
