The target becomes a magic box, being bigger on the inside and capable of containing additional cargo and passengers as if it were a number of sizes larger equal to Tier2.
The inner workings of the target expand to accommodate, repeating architecture, rooms, furniture, etc. to fit appropriately. The openings of the container (doors, windows, etc.) do not increase in size, so the maximum size of any one thing that can fit remains unchanged.
Magic Squeeze (+1): The item box's openings expand to be able to hold anything being put into it so long as it fits the inner space. From the perspective of creatures outside the container, it looks like creatures and objects are shrinking as they enter, but no such thing actually occurs.
