Lose:

Any of the ki master’s class abilities that make calculations based on her Intelligence (including arcane pool, bonus feats with DCs or uses per day, but not Intelligence-based skills are instead based on her Wisdom. She gains a ki pool instead of an arcane pool and spends ki points instead of arcane points for all her class features. In addition, she can gain a ki power or ninja trick instead of a Magus Arcana every time she'd normally get one. She uses her magus level as her effective monk level and ninja level for these features. They also gain Ki Strike as a monk. Ki Strike (Lawful) is replaced with Ki Strike (Alignment), so that your attacks are treated as your alignment regardless which alignment you are. True neutral characters gain no benefit from this feature.
