Heraldrim
The sprawling trade city of Heraldrim is famous for being at the very edge of the Midlands along the borders of the Southlands.
ASTRAL TOWER
An old spire constructed from the ruins of the Old City, it is dedicated to the study of magic both divine and arcane. Wizards, sorcerers, clerics, and many other casters gather here to search through the libraries and resource rooms to further their studies in magic. Access to higher levels and book rental is restricted only to licensed spellcasters.

TOWN BARRACKS
A large fortified castle which serves as the headquarters for Heraldrim’s military and police forces. It also has a lower basement level which serves as a prison for criminals. There are several smaller garrisons and posts spread throughout the city. Personnel are trained in various methods; some specialized as guardsmen, others as firefighters, and others as healers. Access to inner levels and records and the armory is restricted to guards and wardens.

CITY HALL
A large collection of office buildings and courthouses, city hall is the central records area for nearly anything. Trials and governmental sessions are held here. Access is restricted by specific authorization.

COLISEUM
A grand feat of architecture, the coliseum stands as Heraldrim’s single most grand structure. It is the greatest attraction to the city, and serves as the central entertainment and source of economic sales next to trade. All warriors are welcome to battle, although they must be willing to risk their lives without leaving liability to the city. Magic battles are also supported although all magical abilities must be registered. Access to the arena and armory is restricted to registered combatants.

DARGRIM CEMETARY
An old field used as a graveyard since the times of the Old City, it remains a dark and eerie place even in daylight due to the surrounding forests which blot out much of the daylight. Mysterious mausoleums and crypts lay scattered throughout its deeper corners, which are labeled ‘unprotected’ and the city bans trespassing in the area.

MASTOVA THEATER
A large and finely decorated theater, the Mastova Theater is one of the most beautiful and artistic displays in architecture and theatrical entertainment. Many balls, dances, plays, operas, and many more performances are held here. Tickets are very expensive and mostly only nobility is welcome here, although performers and employees need not be of high ranking status.

THE GRAND COLOSSEUM
A grand feat of architecture, the coliseum stands as Heraldrim’s single most grand structure. It is the greatest attraction to the city, and serves as the central entertainment and source of economic sales next to trade. All warriors are welcome to battle, although they must be willing to risk their lives without leaving liability to the city. Magic battles are also supported although all magical abilities must be registered. Access is completely unrestricted remarkably enough, the dojo is also not guarded or warded by the city by request from the local monks who claim they can take care of themselves.

SCARLET ROSE
The largest tavern in town, it caters to all the adventurers and commonfolk alike. There’s plenty of food and drink and always a friendly face to serve some. But don’t get rough, the bouncers are just looking for an excuse to through someone out a window.
