Activation: 2 actions (Standard)

Target: 1 creature within reach and 1 obvious item they carry


You make a weapon attack against the target and then a Hamstring Attack (your choice). You can make these two attacks in either order you wish. You have a +(Tier) competence bonus to the second attack roll, but only if the first attack is successful.
