Conjuration, Creation, Planar

Activation: 24 hours (75% failure chance); Very Expensive Materials (Tier2 x 100 gp)

Target: Demiplane up to 10 feet in total radius

Duration: Permanent

You create a demiplane that that initially consists of a flat, simple environment made of earth, stone, wood, or similar terrain. It is filled with air or water (chosen when created). The borders appear as solid material, mist, or an unreal void. Environmental conditions resemble a temperate spring day, and you determine the plane’s light level (bright, normal, dim, or darkness). Light counts as sunlight if you want it to.

The terrain counts as normal terrain for effects affecting earth, stone, wood, or similar materials. The plane contains no native creatures or plants, though creatures and vegetation brought there function normally.

Only those you allow may enter or leave the plane. You are considered very familiar with your entire demiplane.

As a standard action, you may eject a creature from your demiplane (Will negates). The creature appears on the nearest coterminous plane.

You may cast this effect within your demiplane to expand its size.

The demiplane cannot be dispelled, but a creature within it may destroy it with Disjunction, Miracle, or Wish or similar magic. If the duration expires, the demiplane dissolves and all creatures inside are ejected without a saving throw to their home plane. If portions expire while others remain, creatures in the collapsing area are shunted to a remaining section instead.

Tier 2+: The maximum radius increases by a factor of 10 for every additional tier, so 100 feet at tier 2, 1,000 feet at tier 3, 10,000 feet at tier 4, etc.

Planar Customization (+1): When you create a demiplane with this effect or cast it on an existing demiplane you created, you  may permanently add or remove one feature below instead of expanding it:
If you apply this upgrade a second time, add the following to the list of planar features you can add/remove:
