General feats don't fit into any of the other feat categories. The following are considered general feats: Achievement, Caravan, General, Item Mastery, Local, Monster, Performance, Racial, Stare, Story, Teamwork.

Dumb Luck-When you get a nat 1, roll a flat check vs. DC20 + your Int mod - tier. Becomes nat 20 if you succeed on the flat check. This only works (tier) times per short rest.
Quick Assist-Assist as a reaction.

Laugh in the Face of Danger roll Perform (Comedy) instead of Will save vs. Fear and Pain effects. Must be able to use Verbal components or communicate with attacker somehow and speak as a free action to tell a joke or funny story.

Keen Intellect roll Lore instead of Will save against a Mental effect. The lore used must be able to identify the effect being used or the creature using it if it's an innate ability or item being used if its a magic item.
