If cast on an object, it glows like a torch shedding bright light in a radius of 10 feet/tier and dim light out to 20 feet/tier. If cast on an object that already sheds light without magic (such as a lit candle or torch), double this area.
If cast on a creature, the creature makes a Fortitude save against this effect's DC or they also glow with a vivid outline. This glow counteracts invisibility and imposes a penalty to Stealth checks equal to four times this effect's tier. The creature can make a new save every round, reducing the penalty by 3 on a critical success, 2 on a success, and 1 on a failure. Once the penalty is reduced to 0, this effect ends.
