You move to the ethereal plane and remain there for 1d4+1 rounds before returning to your previous plane.

While on the ethereal plane you can see things on your previous adjacent plane within 20 feet/tier as well as see things on the ethereal plane. Unless noted otherwise, you can only interact with things on the plane you're on.

If you're already on the ethereal plane when you cast this, you instead shift to the material plane for the duration.
