Perfecting the Art: If a Disciple of Perfection has multiple favored classes, they choose one of them upon acquiring a level in this class. They treat their Disciple of Perfection levels as their chosen favored class for the purposes of determining effects that grow with class level such as a Barbarian's rage rounds per day, Bard's performance rounds per day, Cleric's caster level and Channel Energy damage and DC, Druid's caster level and Wild Shape duration, Monk's AC bonus, fast movement, and unarmed damage, Paladin's Smite damage and lay on hands healing, Ranger's track and wild empathy bonuses, Rogue's Sneak Attack damage and effective Rogue level for overcoming Improved Uncanny Dodge, Sorcerer's caster level and effective level for how potent their bloodline abilities are, etc. They continue to gain class features from their favored class at every odd level of Disciple of Perfection. This includes gaining additional spells and other features.

For example, a Rogue 6, Disciple of Perfection 6 would have 5d6 Sneak Attack, evasion, 5 rogue talents (one of which could be advanced), trapfinding, trapsense +3, uncanny dodge, improved uncanny dodge, and be treated as a 12th-level Rogue for the purposes of overcoming Improved Uncanny Dodge.

A sorcerer 8, Disciple of Perfection 4 would have 5th-level sorcerer spells, have a caster level of 12th for their sorcerer spells, and have their bloodline power and bloodline spell normally gained at 9th level sorcerer.

Overcoming Weaknesses: At 2nd level a Disciple of Perfection reduces the penalties they suffer from any effect other than conditions and self-inflicted penalties by half their Disciple of Perfection level, to a minimum of 0. They also gain a competence bonus on saving throws made to overcome an existing effect they're suffering from equal to half their Disciple of Perfection level.

Excellence (Su): At 3rd level, a Disciple of Perfection is immune to any effect that would force him to reroll a die against his will or roll twice and take the lower result. This ability functions only while the Disciple of Perfection is conscious.

Shoring-up Weaknesses: At 4th level, and every 2 levels thereafter, a Disciple of Perfection gains a +2 bonus to their lowest ability score. If there's a tie for lowest, they can pick which one it is applied to.

Swift: At 5th level a Disciple of Perfection gains Evasion. If they already have Evasion, they gained Improved Evasion instead. In addition, if they roll a natural 1 on a Reflex save or attack roll, they can reroll the die, taking the second result instead. They can do this only once per encounter for each (attack roll and Reflex save).

Skilled: At 7th level a Disciple of Perfection is treated as trained in all class skills, even if they have no ranks. They also gain additional 1 skill rank for every level in their chosen favored class and Disciple of Perfection level. Unlike normal skill ranks, these can only be spent on skills that currently have a number of ranks lower than half their current hit dice. If they roll a natural 1 on a skill check, they can reroll the die, taking the second result instead.

Resilient: At 9th level a Disciple of Perfection gains Mettle. This functions as Evasion but for Fortitude and Will saves. In addition, if they roll a natural 1 on a Fortitude or Will save, they can reroll the die, taking the second result instead. They can do this only once per encounter for each (Fortitude save and Will save).

Perfection (Su): At 10th level, whenever a Disciple of Perfection would reroll a die and take the second result even if it is lower, he has advantage on the reroll (rolling 2d20 and taking the better). This ability functions only while the Disciple of Perfection is conscious. Once per day, they can change the die result of any d20 roll they made to a natural 20 even after knowing the result but not after the action (or reaction) is resolved.
