You draw water out of an area and place it elsewhere within range. This can dry or soak objects, empty or fill a containers, clean up or create spills, etc. You can move up to as much water that is within the space. Repeated applications can dry larger areas and even produce drinkable water drawn directly from the air if the environment is humid enough. You can also soak creatures in the area with water, though they get a Reflex save to avoid the splash.
If you target a creature and attempt to draw water out of them, it deals 2d4 stamina damage/tier as a result of thirst and they make a Fortitude save against this effect.
Critical Success The target is unaffected.
Success The target takes half damage.
Failure The target takes full damage.
Critical Failure The target takes double damage.
