Brawn
The Brawn skill encompasses a creature's raw strength and weightlifting ability. Skill uses include the following actions:
PF1E Conversion: Any class that granted a full BAB AND good Fortitude save AND the Climb OR Swim skill, grants Brawn as a class skill.
CARRYING CAPACITY
Using Size Weight: You can carry up to (10 + 1/2 Brawn modifier) worth of weight unhindered.
Using Pounds: Light load (10 + Brawn) x3, Medium x5, Heavy/lift x10, drag/push x50.
For each increment greater you carry than this limit, you becomes Slowed +1 stage to a maximum of Slowed 4 carrying x4 this amount. Any more weight starts to deal bludgeoning damage, 1d10 per round per increment above x4 this amount.
Breaking Objects: A Brawn roll DC10 + double the object's hardness can break the object, or destroy it if already broken or on a critical success. Breaking or sundering an object deals damage equal to the target object's hardness to the ammo or weapon used to break it each time this is done (possibly breaking or destroying it). If using a natural weapon, this damage is dealt to the creature.
Object Size: Most handheld items are 3 sizes smaller than you if light, 2 sizes smaller if standard, and 1 size smaller if heavy. Medium is size 5 with each size larger and smaller being 1 more or less.
Object Weight: An object's weight is equal to its size unless it has the lightweight (half weight) or heavyweight (double weight) type. Lightweight objects include things like cloth, hollow items, leather, plastic, and paper. Heavyweight objects include things like iron, rock, steel, and stone.
Push/Pull: You can't normally lift any one object weighing more than your base carrying capacity, but you can push/pull it by making a Brawn roll: 1d20 + Size + Brawn modifier vs. DC10 + weight of target object.
