Blinking

Conjuration, Planar

Select: Select one plane or "incorporeal" when you learn this power. This power gains that plane's types.

Activation: Standard action

Target: Self

Duration: 1d4+1 rounds

Rolls: Will negates

For the duration, the target blinks between the chosen plane and its current plane, existing on both simultaneously. Creatures on either plane can affect the target, and the target can affect creatures on both planes. The target’s attacks and actions that affect others have a 10% failure chance/tier (max 20%) due to the shifting unless they can affect both planes. Attacks and effects that target the creature have a 25% failure/tier chance (max 50%) unless they can affect both planes. If you selected "incorporeal", rather phasing between planes you phase between being corporeal and incorporeal.

Phase Skirmisher (+1): You can move through solid objects and creatures as if they were only difficult terrain for the duration but cannot end your movement in a solid object.
