Allies in the area gain a +1 insight bonus on ability checks, attack rolls, damage rolls, saving throws, and skill checks, increasing to +2 at caster level 8th and +3 at 16th.

At caster level 12th, allies also gain a +2 bonus on initiative checks while within the aura.
