Activation: 2 actions (Standard)
Target: 1 creature that is within Close range and within Weapon range
You make a single weapon attack roll using a light, finesse, or non-siege ranged weapon that deals +(Tier)d4 additional precision damage and has the Armor-Piercing property. This attack roll also has a competence (insight) bonus equal to (1/2 Tier) rounded down.
These dice increase to d6s if the target is off-guard 1, d8s if off-guard 2, d10s if off-guard 3, and d12s if off-guard 4.
Tier 3: The attack gains the Unavoidable property.
Tier 5+: The attack increases its critical threat range by 1, +1 more for every 2 additional tiers to a maximum of +3 at 9th tier and maximum range of 16-20.
Sniper (+1): The range increases to Medium. Applying this a second time increases it to Long. The target must still be within Weapon range as well.
