Aeon
Aeons are ancient immortal spirits that seek to ensure certain laws of nature and physics are not violated. They often hunt time travelers, planar travelers, undead, powerful magic-wielders, and other violators of the natural order of things. They rarely meddle in mortal affairs, seeing mortals as merely cogs in the great machine of the multiverse.
