You coat a target in a magically enhanced adhesive that binds anything it touches.
If the target is a creature, it gains the Adhesive Skin trait and Grab trait with the Sticky upgrade for the duration.
If the target is an object, it grants its wielder the Grab trait with the Sticky upgrade for the duration but only for attacks made with the weapon rather than innate weapons. When it strikes a target larger than the wielder, the wielder must make a save to avoid it sticking to that target as if the target had the Adhesive Skin trait.
Instead of the normal DCs, these abilities use the DC of this effect.
The adhesive can be dissolved at the caster’s will (a free action), or it breaks down automatically when the duration ends.
The adhesive does not impede the target's own attacks or movement.
