Farmers Market
While gawking at a statue, she hears a dismayed voice, followed by another. She looks over to see a human female shopkeeper talking to an older orc customer.
Human: "I am sorry, Vilma is not here today and I don't speak your language. Don't you know anyone who speaks Common?"
Older Orc: *"Where is Vilma? She knows what I need."
Reahlyn approaches the pair and calls out, *"The shop keeper doesn't understand you. May I help?"
This may have been the wrong approach, as both parties turn to Reahlyn and start talking at once. She is able to make out "You ... her ... please ... me ... common!" and *"PLEASE ... Vilma ... carrots ... radishes ... today ..." The young fighter holds up her hands in a gesture she hopes they will both understand as "Slow Down", smiles at the orc, and tells the shop keeper, "Vilma promised carrots and radishes?"
"Thank you; thank you!" the human calls over her shoulder as she rushes to grab the requested vegetables. "Vilma is my partner, stuck at home today. I am Frida, and much in your debt."
As the customer starts counting out coins, Reahlyn shakes her head as she responds, "I am happy to be of service." She hangs around to the end of the transaction, but apparently Vilma had quoted the price when the promise was made and no further dialogue is required.
She wanders away as the money and goods change hands. About about a hundred yards away, she realizes she could have asked for a job.
