Cleo's Second Hand

Above the door as you walk in is a sign with a crossbow on it, that reads: Crossbow for Sale.  Never fired and only dropped once.

Cleo is a middle aged happy go lucky human woman who owns the store.  She moves about the store very gracefully.  And you get the felling the dagger on her hip is not just for show.

Cleo's is full of all sorts of oddities.  As you walk in there are things piled everywhere. It would appear that Cleo is a hoarder but she knows her business.  Cleo has everything from a kobold's spear to a giant's leather helmet.  All things here are used but clean and able to be used.  Cleo will barter for almost anything that is how she has developed such a wide range of oddities.

At Cleo's there is  40% chance she will have what your looking for as long as it is a mundane item.  Items come and go here on a regular basis so todays inventory will be gone tomorrow.  And Cleo is not above buying those second hand weapons and armor.  And Prices are around 50% of what a new one would cost in the area.
