City Guard Barracks
This huge, rambling building is the most empty barracks reserved for city garrisons in times of emergency or mobilization. Now, perhaps 200 members of the City Watch live here, maintaining the building and serving the High and Garden Quarters.
When fully utilized, these barrack buildings can hold as many as 2,500 troops.
