Butterchurn Home for the Weary

The party weaved their way through the maze of streets of the River's quarter, the second address was just southwest down a street called "Pigmy Way" off of Petit Bazaar. Outside a pair of dwarven children threw stones at a halfling child, laughing. Only a moment later a dwarven woman comes stomping out of side door of a two story building, smacking the children upside the head "You two knuckleheads will apologize and will be assigned additional chores to do for the Butterchurn's." The halfling child look up appreciating the save from the woman, the two boys only nodded to likely their mother before she turned to walk back inside.

As you rounded the building the front entrance became visible, an old rickety sign gave way to the place you were looking for "Butterchurn Home for the Weary". It was a simple two story building of wooden construction for simple merchant travelers who likely stayed after their harvest until their goods were gone. To the side was a storage warehouse for their goods.

As the party approached the front door, an older halfling man stepped out the front door, packing his pipe he looked up to you "Afternoon, a warm and sunny day is it not" he seems cheerful as he continues to pack his pipe.

Korkas steps forward, showing his writ "Sergeant of the Nightwatch sent us. Something about some gifts you have for the children for Pelor's day."

Old man Butterchurn smiled and nodded "One moment, Mrs Butterchurn has been working on these all week." He turns and heads back inside, a moment later he comes out his pipe in his mouth and his hands wrapped around a large basket. Setting them down before the group, you can see within the basket a small series of hand carved sailboats for the children to play with down by the river or various fountains of the city.

Korkas looks at the items and nods to Old man Butterchurn "I'm sure the Watch appreciates the donations." Not bad carvings at all.
