Croneture
 * God of Time
 * Keeper of Secrets
 * Observer of Doors
 * Counter of the Sand
 * Lord of Spiders

I, Penumbrus, record faithfully such events and facts of Croneture as I observe.

Though Elves are not common in this world at the time of this writing, it is known within the archives that he did grip tight the sands of time and hold back the ravages of his domain against the elves to give them long lives.

Once, Croneture did try to materialize within the mortal place but his divinity did appear through the mortal disguise.  His aspect as Lord of Spiders took hold as he worked a creation within the sands of the Circular Desert.  The formation and creation of the spice worms was at this occasion.  It was here also that he called forth the element of spice into our world.  Croneture did further bless these worms from their tiny wriggling forms into the large beasts that we see.  It is feared that they may yet grow again, but only time will tell and the God of Time would surely know.

Croneture had taken an interest in the very voyage I had participated in, the Voyage of the Griffon.  His hand in the matter was appreciated as strange malformed creatures, perhaps maligned formations of more majestic designs.  For even I do not think that the Mother of Monsters would create such abominations.  I dare say he has helped the Demigoddess of Death, Charista on this voyage as well, for I saw the sand and her form solidify with that aid.

Croneture has also worked directly with the Mother of Monsters in protecting an artifact that she created for the Pangolins.  Croneture has sealed the artifacts within a time sanctuary with shifting doors.
