Charista, The Red Waif, The Heart-Eater

I, Penumbrus, record faithfully such events and facts of Charista as I observe.

How much more prominent in the affairs of the pantheon than Charista.  Since the mortal had raised herself from the realm of the dead as the very defiance of death, her exploits continue to write volumes into the books of the archives.  One such example is her appearance with Datura within the Bearhouse Tavern.  The mortal known as Datura had gambled indeed when she danced with the Red Waif and as such was rewarded for her boldness.  Though the after effects of the risen Revanant Noah Dosenku will need to be observed.

Charista unleashed upon the mortal realm the Cauldron Weavers.  Terrifying but helpful undead spiders, a boon to the bold on cold nights.  Charista as well instilled Undead in the Labyrinth of the Last War and trapped them there for penance, but cracks in the curse are to be anticipated as influence over the labyrinth by a few Pantheon members is observed.

I have had direct contact with Charista within the mortal realm.  I witnessed her appearance upon the Griffon and felt the reverbations of memory change within my ichor at her forced presence onto the mortal plane.  The power of deities, demi or not, is awe inspiring.
