PROMISE CITY TOWN HALL AND CIRCUIT COURTHOUSE

The pride of the community, this two-story brick and timber building is designed not only to house the office of the mayor, but the chambers of the city council which will double as a court room whenever the circuit judge is in town.  Since the building isn't finished inside the Circuit Court will meet for at the COMIQUE VARIETY HALL & SALOON.
