Tailor

During the Battle of Plaza del Lobo one man comes from here.

This building serves as the residence and shop front for the local seamstress who also runs a washing service for both hotels.  The yard beside her house set up with rows of clothes lines for drying sheets.  There are still a couple of sheets flapping on the lines and at least half a dozen more scattered across the grass where they have been dislodged by the elements, or perhaps some of the locals?
