Rare

Iron Robes (Medium): Rare. AC 15+Dex (Max 2). In addition to protection, they repel dirt. A minor thing, but your outer mantle will always be clean.

Ratty Leather: Rare (requires attunement)  This studded leather armor seems to be made entirely of rat pelts. Occasionally you think you hear it chitter.
+1 armor. The Ratty leather has 3 charges. As an action, you may expend 1-3 charges to summon a rat swarm for each charge spent. The rat swarm(s) can be commanded as a bonus action, and acting at the end of your  turn.  The armor recovers 1d3 charges every sunset.

Very Rare
