Private housing in St Utar is very cheap. Having said that, very few people move house here, so you will be lucky to find many houses for sale. The town has one local estate agent, Haven Homesteads.
The Dragon Tooth Inn
For public accommodation, this is the only guesthouse. The Inn has a total of thirty rooms, plus housing for some of its staff. There is a public house on the premises that serves a very large selection of beers, wines and spirits. There is also a restaurant that serves food catering to all tastes.
The Inn manager is Miss Naiomi Summers. She provdes a friendly, smiling face to all of her customers.
