Staff of Withering:

This staff has three charges and regains all three every morning. On hitting, the staff does the same damage as a magical quarterstaff. You can also spend a charge to add an additional 2d10 Necrotic damage to the hit. If you expend a charge, the target must also make a DC 15 CON save or have Disadvantage on all STR and CON saves for an hour.

This item requires attunement by a cleric, druid, or warlock.
