Rope of Entanglement:
This thick rope is 30' long and weighs 3 lbs. If you say the command word, the rope will lunge forward to entangle a target of your choosing within 20'. The target must make a DC 15 DEX check or is Restrained. A Restrained target can make a DC 15 STR or DEX check using their action to try and free themselves from the rope. The user can end the entanglement using a Bonus Action to say the command word.
The rope has 20 AC and HP. It regains 1 HP every 5 minutes as long as it has at least 1 HP. If the rope drops to 0 HP, it is destroyed and ceases to be magical.
This item does not require attunement.
