Bruiser's Knuckles:
These knuckles can be worn over anyone's hand and seem to reshape themselves subtly to fit. While wearing these knuckles, your unarmed damage is changed to be 1d4. If you have a different unarmed die from a different source, this item increases the size of that die by one step (IE: 1d8 becomes 1d10).
