Pressing this vibrating colored needle to your skin will turn the needle into a tattoo of your choosing where the needle was pressed. So long as you are attuned to the tattoo, the tattoo remains. When attunement ends, the tattoo exits your skin and turns back into a needle.
This tattoo provides Resistance to a form of damage determined by the color of the needle/tattoo.
