Origins
So you want to know my story? Fine, as long as you're buying the drinks, I'm game. Born on a little backwater world named Tiptree, Dad wanted a little place out of the way from the hustle of the galaxy where he could write his novels. It was nice, and boring. Couldn't stand the place, though I guess it liked me. Growing your own crops and hunting for dinner obviously good for a growin boy. Either way, turned eighteen and visited the alliance recruiter, same day. Little birthday present to myself of getting the hell off that planet. Hey, you liking the story? Well this mug is empty and I would like a full one.

History
Ahh that's better. Where was I? Right, so off to boot camp I went. Turns out if you can tell the difference between a rifle barrel and its stock and shoot it straight, they take notice of ya. Sent me off to N-School for some 'special' training. Guess I did alright since they kept inviting me back. At the very least I got to go out and see the galaxy, all the ugly shitty parts of it, but still more than I had before.  And then the Reapers show up to make things worse but you know how that went. Yea, I did my part, all the way to the assault on earth, and no, I didn't see the Shepherd. After the Reapers were reduced to overly complex paper weights, I punched out. Ended up in the Terminus systems, bout only place you can still make a decent living with a gun and a good eye. Turns out bounty hunting is easy work as long as you don't mind making a mess from time to time. Do good enough and you get some parties interested in ya. For me, shall we say I attracted the attention of some shadowy figures, with whom I now have a mutually beneficially arrangement.

Motivations
Hope you still got some creds, cause I ain't stoppin yet. War done, and so was I with suicide missions passed down from generals who had their 3 hots and a cot well behind the front lines. I'm working for myself, where I can decide if the risk is worth the reward. It pays the bills, keeps me entertained, and lets me get around. Also racks up the favors that I intend to cash in soon. Remember than colony I'm from, Tiptree? You ever hear of it? No, didn't think so. Cause the Reapers decided to practice their harvesting there. Had the parents and my little brothers and a sister there when they stopped to visit. I had given up for dead, but rumor has it some kids got shipped off to the Salarians. As to be expected, the Salarians were to busy licking their eyes then to keep track of the humans they acquired. Guess they were busy with something. Hoping maybe my friends find out if I got any family left. Thanks for the drinks, but you'll have to excuse me. I have to go drop something off for an old friend.

In the Thick of Things: At the beginning of the session, roll +Will. On a 10+, hold 2. On a 7-9, hold 1. At any time, either you or the GM can spend your hold to have you show up in any scene, with the proper tools and knowledge. On a miss, the GM holds 1, and can spend it to have you already be there, but somehow pinned, caught or trapped.

Class Move:
Adrenaline Rush: When you go into battle, roll +Hard. On a 10+, hold 3. On a 7-9, hold 2. On a miss, hold 1, but you come under concentrated fire for one tick (the clock does not advance). During the battle you can spend your hold 1 for 1 to:

    Name an NPC within the reach of your weapon. You kill, disable or disarm them (GM’s choice)
    Name a character within melee range. You redirect their attack to another character within your reach, or else to nowhere – into the ground or a wall or the sky.
    Name a character within your reach. While you keep fighting, you intercept any attack directed at them and they suffer no harm.
    Ignore all harm to yourself from an incoming attack.
