The Carnival fairs appear randomly in Rocky Point, always in the Summer.
While there's a haunted house, a Ferris wheel, bumper cars and plenty to eat,
the real ride that everyone looks to go on is the Zipper. Another problem
are the Carnies that run the rides...they're weird and rumored to be
inbred.
