Stats
Stat Types
Stats are the universal definitions of a heroine that all characters have as well as a general measure of ability of competenace for completing a task.
Muscle - This is how strong the heroine is. Her ability to hurt someone when she hits them, and to do stuff like snapping rope when she's tied up are examples of how this stat is used. During the game it will be used for Offensive Close Comabt and tests of Strength when interacting with physical objects.
Agility - This is how flexible, graceful, and nible the heroine is. Her ability to avoid getting hurt, and to accomplish things like hopping from rooftop to rooftop are examples of how this stat is used. During the game it will be used for Avoiding damage and other test that requires finesse.
Health - A reflection of the heath and vitality of the heroine. During game play hazard will reduce the heroine's health. When this is reduced to zero the Heroine is rendered 'helpless' , and is reduced to a prop for the rest of the scene. Health normally refreshes, sometimes completely other times only partially, after a scene.
Smarts - This is how brainy the heroine is as well as their memory and intuitive sense. Her ability to deduce stuff and possible ambushes and traps. Learning from experience to help determine any possible weakness that a enemy can have. During the game it will be used to find clues, avoid/escape traps, etc...
Sass - This is the mental strength, sheer willpower, and charismatic presence that the heroine has. The ability to influnce and resist non-physical cohersion. During the game it will be used for verbal persuasion and resistence of mental domination. During game play this stat may be reduced to reflect a shift in mental fortitude. If reduced to zero, the character is considered 'knocked out' or 'tamed' until they had time to recover.
Energy - A reflection of the endurance and stamina of a heroine. To engage in prolonged physical activity and chug along without feeling any ill effects. During gameplay, Energy = Health + Sass (plus any Stat Improvements), and is reduced as a result of game play. Each time the Heroine's Energy is reduced to 'zero', the energy stat is returned to starting values at the cost of one level of Health and Sass.
