 Dr. Gendo Ikari is the leading bio-Genetics researcher in the UEEF and a skilled engineer. Though he is single minded when it comes to his research, he is anything but reckless. In fact he is a perfectionist and a master mind genius who expects nothing less than the very best form his subordinates.  He sits on the UEEF military council. The UES NERV is Dr. Ikari's personal ship and holds many hidden secrets. He is given the material and resources to construct a development a research facility on the world known as Tokyo 3.

 When it comes to her duty she is does everything by the book. She has a fondness for Shinji Ikari and Asuka Langley Soryu. While she send them into some of the most dangerous situations, she equips them with anything they will need. Runs the NERV.

Dr. Ritsuko Akagi, None military, but has clearance to over see Operations of the NERV.

  Dr. Ritsuko Akagi is the UEEF's top authority on bio genetic research. She is serious and willing to sacrifice any of the test pilots for her research. She has was once involved with Dr. Ikari, but has since broke it off. She is one of three people who knows the truth of the Striker Battloids.
