Lying west of Estagund and south of the Toadsquat Mountains, Luiren is the land of the hin, commonly known to humankind as "halflings." A relatively peaceful country, Luiren nonetheless endures occasional raids from neighboring Dambrath and must patrol its borders against incursions from Veldorn, across the Liontongue River in the Eastern Shaar. Thankfully, Luiren's marchwardens are a force to be reckoned with despite their small size.
