This RTJ is somewhat briefer than what I usually require, because I want you to have the opportunity to develop concepts as part of the world-building process, which will engage the entire group. Plan to stay flexible and react to what others bring to the table, modifying your own ideas (within reason) accordingly. Consider the needs of the party and the type of game we'll be playing as you finalize your PC, and remember that a lot of what you'll be doing will be contingent on group discussion prior to game startup, so you shouldn't be irrevocably committed to anything, at this stage.
