"Sergeant" Cutter is a former army Corporal from the 8th, turned bandit. He and a small band of his men got separated, and then turned to banditry in the area surrounding Mikoszewo. Some of his men were later killed by the Mad Dogs once his true nature was identified, but Cutter along with 3 others were taken back to Mikoszewo for justice. At the same time, his critically wounded man Anderson was taken to Gdansk for treatment. It was later learned that 2 of Cutter's men, and potentially Cutter himself, had escaped from their internment in Mikoszewo. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Disposition: Very Hostile

Last Known Status: Alive, but he also may have been executed upon being delivered to Mikoszewo.
