Weaver is a Spec Ops squad leader encountered during the Mad Dogs ill-fated return from Silesia. He was last encountered, along with Brigadier General Andrzej Malinowski (CO of the 2nd Polish Free Legion), Maj. Hartman, and Tomasz Siemoniak in the town of Osiek. It is noted that he's American, and helps train the local fighters of the free legion.
