Oskar Friedmann
A singularly unique special operator, Friedmann joined the team along with Matt Doyle during the original crossing of the Vistula. Friedmann stayed on with the unit throughout the PACT siege of Gdansk, and even assisted with the taking down of enemy forces at Ladas Compound. Throughout his time with the unit, Friedmann was the subject of multiple controversies, those mostly involving the Ben Jagelis's poor leadership. When Jagelis froze during battle in Nowe Ogrody, Friedmann defied Jagelis's orders to sit tight and led the squad to safety. Later, when Jagelis ordered Varis Babicevs to fight a BMP on his own while the rest of the team attempted to recover a friendly BTR under fire from an overwhelming enemy force, Friedmann infamously choked out Jagelis and again led the team to safety. Jagelis made a big deal out of the clear insubordination and refusal to take orders to McCarthy, who ultimately came up with a tolerable compromise. He shifted Jagelis's command to a single vehicle rather than dismounted troopers, and busted Friedmann down to private.

After that mission to Ladas Compound, John Jameson McCarthy assigned Friedmann a new mission. To take his motorcycle east, hunt down the 8th Infantry Division, and secure new orders.

Rank: Staff Sergeant, but later busted to Private.

Status: MIA
