Low Blow is a petty criminal and Kaminski's lanky brother/hotel concierge and security guy. He was first encountered early on at Kaminskis Hotel, where he was playing poker. He did later assist the Mad Dogs during the August siege of Gdansk. His current whereabouts are unknown.
