Dave McNeil is a lanky fellow who is always seen wearing an ESSO trucker hat. He works for Wiktor Tencza as the trucker's partner and primary truck driver. Dave was first encountered when the Mad Dogs intercepted an ambush against Tencza's convoy in the woods on the way back from the plane crash. He later joined the Mad Dogs on their mission to the Fuel Depot.
