Captain Dobson was originally encountered shortly after the Mad Dogs first visited Gdansk. At the time, he and then Capt. Thomas visited the Mad Dogs at Kaminskis Hotel, and attempted to either recruit the Mad Dogs to join the International Brigade, or at the least to buy their (at the time) working M2 Bradley.
