Botanical gardens and zoo
Located in the northwest, these two areas (adjacent to each other) have been transformed into food production areas. The garden’s trees are long gone - burnt from the firestorm caused from the nuclear attack and then finished off during the winter (cut down for heating fuel). Overcrowding in this neighborhood has resulted in it becoming a violence prone area. This is a high value target area for thieves and small groups from outside neighborhoods who sneak in at night to raid (steal food straight from the greenhouses and crops).
